Position Summary

As an Operations Associate at Slide, you will play a vital role in managing our drivers, monitoring deliveries, and optimizing our operational processes. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate our fleet of drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery operations.
• Monitor and track deliveries to ensure smooth and error-free execution, providing real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot any operational issues that arise, taking immediate action to resolve them and minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with the technology team to optimize our operational systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of delivery operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or a similar role is preferred.
